1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
2. Custom Orders & Manufacturing
Since we specialize in handcrafted luxury metal furniture and home decor:
- Customization: All products are manufactured based on the specifications provided by the customer. Small variations in finish, color, and texture are natural in handcrafted metal art and shall not be considered defects.
- Timeline: Manufacturing time varies by product. Estimated timelines provided are indicative and may change due to the complexity of the craft.
3. Payment Terms (30% Advance Policy)
- Booking Amount: To initiate any custom order, a non-refundable 30% advance payment of the total order value is required.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be cleared before the final dispatch of the product from our facility in Moradabad.
- Taxes: All prices are subject to GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India using specialized furniture logistics partners.
- Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damage during transit must be reported immediately to the delivery person and noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy.
- Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways and elevators at the delivery location.
5. Cancellations & Returns
- Cancellations: Once the 30% advance is paid and production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
- Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives in a damaged condition (reported at the time of delivery).
6. Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product images and descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free due to display settings on different devices.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Home Decorate. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
