1. Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change.

  • Standard Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched (handed over to the courier), it cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order: For customized furniture or personalized jewelry, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours, as production begins immediately.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products (luxury furniture and fine jewelry), we offer a Replacement-Only Policy for items damaged in transit.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Reporting Period: You must report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim for damaged furniture or missing jewelry pieces, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us hold our logistics partners accountable.

3. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: If a replacement is not available and a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping charges (if any) and transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@infohomedecorate-in or 8439477181 with:

  1. Your Order ID.
  2. The Unboxing Video/Photos of the damage.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items on Clearance or “Final Sale.”
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Furniture that has been assembled or used after delivery.
