• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once your item has been dispatched.
• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real-time via our logistics partners.

Important: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video. In the rare event of transit damage, this video allows us to process a free replacement or repair immediately.

5. Address Changes

Since we aim for fast dispatch, address changes are only possible within 6 hours of placing an order. Once the item has left our warehouse, we cannot redirect the shipment.
